"Sham Harga had run a successful eatery for many years by always smiling, never extending credit, and realising that most of his customers wanted meals properly balanced between the four food groups: sugar, starch, grease, and burnt crunchy bits. " – Terry Pratchett, Men at Arms .
Grease traps are designed to separate FOG (fat, oil and grease) from waste water and help reduce the chances of a blocked drain and help with general drain performance.
Designed for restaurants, hotels, canteens and pubs, the separator allows the fats, oils and greases to collect and be removed, and the volume of water to flush away.
Larger establishments may require a separator tank unit to allow for high volume usage.
We can install the relevant grease trap or separator for your requirements, along with any other drain connections or pipes required.
The unit and pipes will require regular cleaning and emptying, and we offer this service – see PPM section.
